If you're wondering where we are registered, we're actually not registered at any store! This is because in the Vietnamese tradition, only monetary gifts are given to the bride and groom on their wedding day. ​

Li Xi or "lucky money" is money that is put inside of red envelopes. In the Traditional Vietnamese Culture, red envelopes given at weddings and wedding receptions symbolizes good fortune and good luck.  It is of importance to be given this as opposed to other gift giving. ​

During the reception, the bride and groom will visit each table, and if you wish to give a li xi, that is the time to give it.

If you choose to take part in the li xi,  Vietnamese etiquette is to : use new bills or write a check and remember to write your name on the envelope so we know who to thank!
